Languages  I really enjoy learning new languages or getting to know people who are from other places in the world. I was born in the US but raised in Asuncion, Paraguay where I had to opportunity to learn two new languages and be exposed to a completely different culture. Family  My family is the most important thing in my life. They have helped me through so much. I love spending as much time as I can with them. I think family is very important because they form who you are early in life which can determine who you are going to be later in life. Helping People  I have always been the on in my group of friends who wanted to help everyone. I always wanted to make everything better and I always made sure everyone felt good. My friends always called me the "mom" of the group. There is something about helping others and making others happy that gives me satisfaction as a person. Church  I am really involved in my church. I always try to help as much as I can. Everytime I have time I make sure that I am at every young adults event. The friends that I have made at church are now like a second family to me. Crafts  I really enjoy spending my free time either making cards or trying to scrapbook. I have recently been really into stamping. The Outdoors  I have never been really interested in the outdoors but this past summer I did a lot of things in the outdoors. I helped in the garden, climed a mountain and went canoeing. My church family pretty much grew up in the outdoors which made it hard to spend time with them if I did not want to be in the outdoors. I am also going to visit one of the biggest waterfalls which is called Foz de Iguazu- Cataratas in a few months. |
