My name is Amanda Harkins. I'm a senior at University of Maine at Farmington, majoring in

Rehabilitation Services and a minor in Psychology. I am looking to specialize in the aging

population in a nursing home as an Occupational Therapist. To reach this goal I am planning on

furthering my education in the future. Helping others is my passion. Making a person smile is

something gives me more joy then explainable. One way I do this is through my other passion;

photography. I try to do as much as possible. So far I have done photo shoots around

Farmington for people, as well as a few weddings, maternity photos, and specialize in the

outdoors. I have found a love for cooking, hiking, and simply sitting with the aging

population learning about themselves as well as that period in history.
