| University of Maine at Farmington Service Learning/Civic Engagment | The
service learning project consisted of 250 hours of fieldwork. I did my
fieldwork at Allied Physical Thearpy working as a P.T. Aide. I was able
to have an extrodinary learning oppurtunity. This fieldwork lead me
into the direction of Occupational Therapy, which I will pursue by

senior year at the University of Maine at Farmington I was a mentor for
the Rehabilitation Services Program for an incoming freshman. I went
through a training session then was assigned a mentee. I helped my

| Teacher Aide | My senior year in high school I did an internship at Madison Elementary School located in Oxford Maine. While I was thre I helped two fourth grade teachers. I was able to help direct two different plays. |
| Kennebac Valley Athletic Conference Girls Soccer First Team | My
senior year at Oxford Hills High School I receieved an award
called the KVAC first team. This award ment that I was one of the top
